 Are your products authentic?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic. We get all our products directly from the brand manufacturer or their authorised distributor. We import most of our products directly from South Korea.

 

How do I place an order?

You may add a product to your cart directly from the category page, or add the product to the cart from the product page.

Once you are done shopping, you may go to My Cart to review your orders again or go to Checkout directly.

 

Must I register as a user to checkout my cart?

No, you don't have to. We have an option for you to checkout as guest.

We would like to encourage you to join us as a member so as to enjoy our reward points systems and many other member privileges and discounts!

Upon registration, every member receives 50 points (worth $1), and another 35 points when they sign up for our newsletter. The credits earned can then be used to rebate their first/subsequent purchase.

Every dollar spent on purchase can also be accumulated as a credit reward point!

Best part is, the points do not expire at all and can be transferred to your friend's account as gift too!

 

Can I earn reward points if I purchase as a guest?

No, You can only earn reward points by signing up membership with our website. 

 

Can the reward points be exchange for cash?

No, the reward points earn are only usable for online purchase.

 

What can I exchange for? 

For every 50 points used you can get a discount of $1 on your purchase.


Can the order be placed everyday?

Yes, orders and payment can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, note that processing for delivery is only done during Business Hours; Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm Singapore Time. However, for e-services you must call the participating outlets to make an appointment before coming down on that day.

 

How can I change my order after it has been placed?

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to alter your order once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment; just do a quick check to ensure everything is in order and to your satisfaction.

International delivery is currently available with Speedpost Air Parcel Services, Fedex, TAQBIN.

Shipping charges differs from country to country and is calculated based on product weights. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout stage. It also includes a S$10.00 handling fee. Delivery is estimated to take 5 to 17 working days with this service.

How do I utilize my E-Gift Card?

Can I purchase from this site as a dealer?

Where will I find my order ID/number?

Free local delivery is offered for purchases over S$100.00!

For local deliveries, we use a range of Singapore Post Registered Article or Speedpost Smart Pac Service or Courier Service, depending on the order size.

 

Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?

No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
